Design Questions

Yes. Please send us your logo so we can check if it’s already in a cut‑ready vector format. Ideal files are SVG, AI or EPS. A high‑resolution PNG/PDF can often be converted to vector for cutting. Upload your artwork via our quote request form and include any size and colour preferences. If needed, we’ll optimize the file for clean, sharp cuts and provide a proof before production.

We can produce vinyl lettering up to 120 cm (height) and 10 metres (length) in a single piece without seams. Larger graphics are no problem and will be tiled into multiple perfectly aligned sections. Typical vinyl roll width is 122 cm, so very tall designs may be split into panels with overlap for easy installation.

The layout will match your approved proof exactly. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. If exact colour matching is important, ask for our colour chart or request a sample swatch. We can also approximate brand colours (e.g., Pantone) using the closest vinyl film available.

Yes. Send us the font file (TTF or OTF) or a vector outline of your text. We’ll convert the type to curves/outlines so it cuts crisply. Please ensure you have the rights to use the font for production.

No. The coloured background in the preview tool is only for contrast (for example, to view white letters). Your lettering is die‑cut from solid‑colour vinyl and has no background; only the letters transfer to your surface.

Vinyl lettering consists of self‑adhesive letters cut from premium coloured film (no printed background). The letters are pre‑spaced and held together with application (transfer) tape so you can apply them in one go. Once installed, there is no clear or white background—just the individual letters. We include easy, step‑by‑step installation instructions.

Installation Questions

You’ll need an application squeegee (or a flat plastic card), masking tape, a ruler or tape measure, scissors, and a clean, degreased surface. We also recommend isopropyl alcohol and a lint‑free cloth for cleaning, a pin/needle for releasing any trapped air, and (optionally) a mild soapy water spray for the wet method on larger graphics.

No problem—most first‑timers find it easy if they follow the instructions and take their time. We suggest doing a small test decal first, working in a dust‑free area, and using masking tape hinges to align your graphic before removing the backing.

On glass, use a razor scraper at moderate temperatures (around 20–30°C). On painted surfaces, gently warm the vinyl with a heat gun or hairdryer and peel it back at a low angle. Heat softens the adhesive for cleaner removal. Any residue can be removed with isopropyl alcohol or a citrus‑based adhesive remover. Use plastic scrapers on paint to avoid scratches.

No. Die‑cut vinyl stretches during removal and the adhesive is no longer suitable for reapplication. If you need the same design again, we can reproduce it on request.
